On purchasing your Botanica Insider Loyalty membership, create an account at checkout. Once membership payment is finalised, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours advising that your membership has been activated.
Start saving straight away by signing into your account to access your exclusive member discount rates. These will be visible exclusively to you across the site when signed in.
1. Joining our Botanica Insider loyalty program, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy & Policy.
2. You are opting into receive email, mail, SMS and telephone communications from Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic.
3. All members in the Botanica Insider program must be residents of Australia only.
4. Any discount rewards issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If discount rewards terms and conditions are not adhered to, Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic reserves the right to cancel the customers Botanica Insider membership at any time.
5. Member discount rewards do not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers (physical or electronic) or bonus offers.
6. Member 10% discount is valid on full price products and on individual member in-spa treatments over $100 only. Member discount will kickstart from your second visit to Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic and then thereafter will be applied ongoing for the 12 month duration of membership. Should any member be using a Botanica gift voucher towards their total in spa treatment cost, 10% member treatment discount will not be applied.
7. Welcome reward will be emailed to you and is redeemable for online and in spa product purchases over $100. For all in spa treatments, reward is only redeemable on your second visit to Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic. Reward is valid for 30 days only from the date of issue. Limit of one welcome reward per Botanica Insider member for single use only. Reward is non transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/s or used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
8. Birthday reward credit will be emailed to you inside your birthday month. Should you sign up inside your birthday month, birthday reward credit is only redeemable on your second visit to Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic. Birthday reward credit is valid for 30 days only from the date of issue and is non transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/s or used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
9. Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice at any time. Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to, the Botanica eNewsletter and the Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic website.
