Please ensure you book your desired appointment time in advance to avoid disappointment. We take full payment at time of booking for all of our spa and beauty treatments and spa journey’s. Our cancellation policy allows you to reschedule your booking or be refunded up to 48 hours prior.
If you are using a Botanica gift voucher towards a treatment, please ensure you provide a gift voucher number at time of booking to hold and secure appointment time.
Spa appointments are reserved especially for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment time is required to cancel and/or reschedule. If 48 hours’ notice is not provided, full payment made at time of booking is non-refundable.
Booking using a Botanica gift voucher, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your appointment it will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
Botanica accepts cashless payments only; eftpos and credit card. Prices are subject to alteration without notice. A 15% surcharge applies on public holiday’s.
The Botanica Insider Loyalty Membership discounted treatment price is marked with an ‘M’ on the spa treatment menu. Only treatments marked with an “M” are available at a members only discounted price. If you are new to Botanica and would like to join our loyalty membership, you can purchase a membership directly online to start saving straight away.
Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a routine consultation with your spa and skin specialist. All guests entering the spa will be asked to use the hand sanitiser available prior to entering and complete a COVID-19 Health Agreement/Attendance Form. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment and payment for the full treatment will still apply.
An online treatment consultation form will be sent to you via SMS with your booking confirmation 3 days prior to your appointment and is to be completed and returned no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Treatments will not proceed without this form completed and returned to the spa.
Please advise reception upon making a booking if you have travelled within the past 14 days, if you have come into contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has travelled within the past 14 days and if you have any flu like symptoms; fever, dry couch, shortening of breath.
For health and safety reasons, children and any additional guests are not permitted to attend the spa. If a guest is dropping you off to your appointment, they will be asked to come back to collect you and will not be able to sit and wait for the duration of your treatment. Young guests, 16-18 years old are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments under the supervision of a parental or guardian. Unfortunately we can not cater for guests under the age of 16 years old.
You are required to arrive fresh for your appointment. Disposable underwear and slippers are available. Please leave at home all jewellery and other personal items of value, as Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.
We respectfully ask that your mobile phones are turned off so that the tranquillity of Botanica may be preserved. Smoking is not permitted. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.
