How to Spa
Please ensure you book your preferred appointment time in advance to avoid disappointment. Botanica does not hold tentative bookings. We take full payment at the time of booking for all of our spa and beauty treatments and spa journey’s. Our cancellation policy allows you to reschedule your booking or be refunded up to 48 hours prior.
If you are redeeming a Botanica gift voucher towards a treatment, please ensure you provide your gift voucher number at the time of booking to secure your preferred appointment time.
Spa appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand you may need to change your booking. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment time is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. If cancellation or reschedule request is made within the 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee is deducted from the total amount paid. No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Botanica prefers cashless payments; eftpos and credit card. Thank you for your understanding. Prices are subject to alteration without notice. A 15% surcharge applies on public holiday’s.
Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a routine consultation with your spa and skin specialist. All guests entering the spa will be asked to use the hand sanitiser available prior to entering. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment and payment for the full treatment will still apply.
An online treatment consultation form will be sent to you via SMS with your booking confirmation 3 days prior to your appointment and is to be completed and returned no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Treatments will not proceed without this form completed and returned to the spa.
Guests who do not complete their online treatment consultation form prior to arrival, please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment.
Please do not attend an appointment if you have any flu-like symptoms; fever, dry cough, shortening of breath. Please do not attend any appointment if you have been in contact with or have had a confirmed COVID-19 case. Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if this is the case. We thank you for your cooperation in helping make Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic a safe and enjoyable space to be in.
For health and safety reasons, children and any additional guests are not permitted to attend the spa. If a guest is dropping you off at your appointment, they will be asked to come back to collect you and will not be able to sit and wait for the duration of your treatment. Young guests, 16-18 years old are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments under the supervision of a parental or guardian. Unfortunately we can not cater for guests under the age of 16 years old.
We respectfully ask that your mobile phones are turned off so that the tranquillity of Botanica may be preserved. Smoking is not permitted. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.
You are required to arrive fresh for your appointment. Disposable underwear, slippers and robes are available. Please leave at home all jewellery and other personal items of value, as Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.
