Botanica Wellness Top-Up Voucher

Botanica Wellness Vouchers can be redeemed towards any Botanica service or product.
Botanica Wellness Vouchers can be topped up if you would like to choose a treatment of higher value.
Botanica Wellness Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The Botanica Wellness Voucher is non-refundable or transferable.
The Botanica Wellness Voucher cannot be redeemed towards any other promotional offer/s and cannot be combined with another Botanica Gift Voucher.
Expired Botanica Wellness Vouchers do not retain any value.
After the expiration date has passed, the card will no longer be valid and the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Botanica Wellness Vouchers cannot be exchanged for any legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or for the purchase of a Botanica Gift Voucher).
Botanica bookings redeeming a Botanica Wellness Voucher require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment time to cancel and/or reschedule your booking.
If cancellation or reschedule request is made within the 48 hours notice period a 50% cancellation fee is deducted from the total gift voucher amount.
No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
By using and/or purchasing a Botanica Wellness Voucher you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promotional Gift Experience Voucher

Promotional Gift Experience Vouchers can be redeemed towards any Botanica service or product.
The Promotional Gift Experience Voucher has had a bonus value added onto the Promotional Gift Voucher after purchase. Refer to Promotional Gift Experience Card.
Promotional Gift Experience Vouchers have an expiry date of 4 months from the date of purchase.
The Promotional Gift Experience Voucher is non-refundable or transferable.
The Promotional Gift Experience Voucher cannot be redeemed towards any other promotional offer/s and cannot be combined with another Botanica Gift Voucher.
