Set beneath the stunning glass atrium of Alluvial Restaurant, this luxurious afternoon tea experience at InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto intertwines the vibrant flavours of Australia’s native ingredients with the refined charm of our iconic 1890s architecture.
Curated by Executive Chef Charlie Song, the menu celebrates Australia’s rich culinary landscape. From Tasmanian smoked salmon on brioche with finger lime to classic buttermilk scones with Yarra Valley strawberry jam, sustainable honey and lemon myrtle double cream, each treat is a masterpiece of both tradition and creativity.
