Free standard shipping on all skincare orders over $80 Australia wide. For orders under $80, a $12 standard shipping fee is automatically applied at checkout. Alternatively a $15 express shipping fee is available for you to choose online at checkout. International shipping is not available.
All products purchased in spa and online are shipped directly from Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Next day dispatch from Melbourne* - Purchased items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order depending on the time the order was placed. Orders placed after 4.00pm on a Friday and over a weekend, items will be shipped next business day (Monday). Please allow up to 7 business days for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 7 days, please notify us at enquiries@botanicadayspa.com.au.
Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. To track your order please contact us at enquiries@botanicadayspa.com.au.
Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic is an official stockist of the Elemis range of products. Our online store provides access to purchasing your selected ELEMIS products and should that product not be available in our online store range, please contact us directly at enquiries@botanicadayspa.com.au to explore whether the product has been discontinued or has been renamed by ELEMIS. Please note some ELEMIS products are not approved in Australia due to specific ingredients, therefore some items are not available to purchase via our online store or in spa.
CALL & COLLECT
Botanica now offers a same day call & collect service so you can shop all your favourite skincare products and well-being gifts over the phone and collect from Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic - 495 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Pickup is available from Wednesday through to Saturday.
LOCAL PICKUP SERVICE
Our local pick up service (available at checkout online) allows you to pick up your order from Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic - 495 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your order to be ready. Local pickup is available from Wednesday through to Saturday. Please present your order confirmation email upon pickup.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A $15 express post shipping fee applies for all hard copy gift voucher purchases online and over the phone. Shipping fee is automatically applied online at checkout.
Gift Voucher redemption on product purchases online, shipping fees do apply based on total package weight. Please speak to our Guest Services team directly to place your product order when redeeming a gift voucher.
Once your item is shipped, we will send you a notification email. Purchased items will be shipped within 24 hours of order. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 days, please notify us at enquiries@botanicadayspa.com.au.
All gift voucher purchases both hard copy and eGift Vouchers in spa and online are final. Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic does not offer refunds on gift voucher purchases.
RETURNS
Please note all purchases in spa and online are final.
Please select carefully and thoroughly read all product descriptions and details before placing your order with Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic as we do not offer store credits, exchanges or refunds on purchases made in spa and online.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic does not offer refunds or exchanges on any in spa and online purchases unless the product is faulty. Please refer to 'Faulty Item' if the product appears to be damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Refunds in the case of a faulty item will be credited to the original form of payment, that being the purchaser’s credit card. Refunds will be credited within 48 hours once the return order has been inspected and approved by Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your PayPal account.
Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic does not under any circumstances offer refunds or exchanges on ELEMIS products purchased with any other company other than Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic.
FAULTY ITEM
Items are defined as faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within the first 14 days from purchasing.
In the case of a faulty item please contact enquiries@botanicadayspa.com.au with proof of purchase to enable Botanica Wellness Spa and Clinic to contact ELEMIS to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be issued with a full refund.
